Partnering once again with the Foundation for Louisiana, the LaTex Crawfish Boil aims to raise awareness of Gulf Coast recovery issues and also contribute directly to the development of solutions that will restore the Gulf's unique communities.

Our latest installment features a few notable upgrades. Due to the overwhelming demand for crawfish we will have two of the south's premier crawfish specialists boiling over 400 pounds of live crawfish. There will be plenty of bathrooms for your personal use. So no more fighting for the commodes. And watch the sunset on the most beautiful skyline in the world as we party like only the south can on a 15,000 sq ft. rooftop.
